A meal is catered each week from a local restaurant for all in attendance.
Host homes must have exhibited precautions and healthy practices before being selected to host.
Host homes are required to clean before and after each gathering.
The entire gathering is being hosted outside.
All must be fever free for 48 hours before attending the gathering. If a student has a fever at any point from Friday at 6pm– the student Sunday gathering, they are not able to participate at that week's gathering.
All persons present will be temperature checked upon arrival. Anyone with a fever higher than 99.9 will not be able to participate at the gathering that week.
We are hosting our Middle/High School gatherings separate to ensure each gathering does not exceed 25 people.
Hand sanitation will be required upon arrival.
A curbside, touch-free drop off and pick up will be implemented. This ensures that only cleared and registered persons will be present.
